The railway line Porrettana: North-South link of post-unification. A story so important it will be shown and honored by the photographic exhibition "Views of the railroad Porrettana between past and present", organized by the Committee for the celebrations of 150 ° of rail Porrettana under the patronage of the Municipality of Casalecchio di Reno (BO) Cultural Office, and Exhibition space will be housed at the "The Comma" House of Knowledge since Tuesday 20 September to Saturday, October 1. The photo exhibition follows the historical pageant "Brothers of Italy: a century and a half of railroad Porrettana", which on May 29 has seen two vintage trains along the rail line from Bologna and Pistoia to Porretta Terme and return: an initiative very well attended, with bands, choirs and especially so many people to greet the convoy historic (and passengers who have filled) in all stations in the Rhine Valley, including Casalecchio, to mark the strength of the link between communities and the railway that crosses its territory. The photo exhibition, free admission, will be open every day except Sunday, Monday to Friday from 16.30 to 19.30 and Saturdays from 9.30 to 19.30.
