Brief biography and works of Maurizio Panconesi.

Panconesi Maurice was born in Pistoia in 1952 and resides in Cento. Since 1982 he is the author of numerous publications in the field of railway and history of communications, as well as being a collaborator with magazines and technical history of transport as the Technical Professional.

As the author of "The Railways of Pius IX," he contributed a speech July 7, 2006 in Rome Termini, in the presence of the Minister of Transport and the Director General of Railways, at the sesquicentennial celebrations of the historic first train in Rome: Rome - Frascati.
